Custodian: starting rate $15/hr, full time, 40 hrs/wk. Monday to Friday 12pm- 8pm with flexibility. At times may need to cover 1st or 3rd shift times.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Basic knowledge of tools and techniques necessary to maintain interior aspects and exterior seasonal duties of agency sites.
- Arc Herkimer approvable driver’s license required.
As a Custodian, you will:
- Complete work orders as assigned by priority and rotation.
- Maintain interior and exterior painting of sites (touch ups, full room painting, etc).
- Perform interior deep cleaning including but not limited to: counters, walls, floors, carpets, ceilings, major appliances, windows, bathrooms, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with staff and management.
- Minor maintenance tasks such as hanging corkboards, white boards, mailboxes, etc.
- Moving and rearranging furniture as required.
- Perform snow removal and lawn care tasks.
- Report and repair any safety concerns that may develop.
