Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Providing customer support to our IMS Product customers.
Handling customer tickets/issues for IMS test cases and system issues
Log Analysis, Debugging of issues
Discussions with customers, resolving their issues (Level 1 and Level2 support)
Co-ordination with development, Integration team for product support and releases.
Maintenance, Bug fixing in TTCN-3.
Integration in the lab on R&S systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering Graduate from top class university/college
Experience of LTE, LTE-Advanced, 5G protocols
Expert knowledge of IMS, SIP, VoLTE, VoWiFi, VoNR. RCS, IR94, TCS, UDP,
Experience working in TTCN-3.
Extensive experience with log analysis, debugging.
Extensive working with real hardware systems in the lab, preferable R&S, Anritsu, Keysight.
Understanding of RF terminologies e.g. Power level, Spectrum analysis, Signal generations.
3 5 years industrial experience in above profile.
Good communication skill to work
