Job Responsibilities:

As a Barber Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. Your responsibilities include:

Teaching, mentoring, motivating, and coaching students on the clinic floor and in the classroom, following a carefully curated curriculum.
Preparing students for State Board exams and ensuring compliance with State Board rules.
Engaging in various administrative duties, such as attending faculty meetings, accurately recording grades and attendance, and providing guidance to students.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Current Barber license as per State requirements.
Must possess a current Instructor license.
3-5 years of experience in the Barber industry.
Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Availability for both Day and Evening Positions, including a partial work-from-home/remote schedule.
