Job description
Finnin Ford is seeking a Receptionist. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
Receptionist:
The Receptionist is responsible for the front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks. Presents a friendly and professional atmosphere for all visitors to the dealership.
Qualifications
- Self Motivated
- Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and able to work under pressure.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Computer experience required.
- Great attitude is a must!
Job Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls.
- Processes incoming vehicles.
- Sales Administrative Assistant
- Monitors the Gas Log / Daily Transactions
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
