Job description

The Jerry Seiner Dealerships is looking to hire a Vehicle Exchange Specialist. The Vehicle Exchange Program Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience on the Service Drives through greetings and introductions, providing concierge and valet assistance and educates customers about their options on exchanging or trading up to a safer more reliable vehicle.

The Vehicle Exchange Specialist provides every service drive customer with options on selling or trading their vehicle in person, with a flyer on the dash or via phone and internet assisting in providing a smooth transition to our sales departments.

This is a customer service role that requires good people skills, phone skills and ability to communicate via text and email to a high level to get appointments.

This position offers potential annual earnings that could exceed $100,000.

General Job Information:

• On Site | Full-time

General Duties Include:

• Facilitates the purchase or trade of 20-30 vehicles a month following processes as required by the exchange programs minimum expectation of 20 cars a month.
• Provides every service customer, Customer Pay and Warranty, with a fair and accurate appraisal of their vehicle for trade or sale to the dealership.
• Follows up on the phone or via internet with customers S/he could not meet with personally.
• Enhances the customer experience on the drive and in the dealership
