Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Provides an interactive guest experience by providing excellent customer service, food, and beverage to all customers in a positive and outgoing manner.
2. Ensure all tables and seating area are clean and condiment area is stocked.
3. Greet guests as they exit the exhibit area.
4. Take orders for guests, prepare beverages, and deliver meals to guests.
5. Prep food items and ingredients for daily use and per guest’s orders.
6. Complete opening, closing and health code checklists daily.
7. Organizing and clean all applicable areas where supplies are stored.
8. Successfully track food waste daily.
9. Stock food and beverage orders upon arrival and follow FIFO methods.
10. Requisitions and inspects foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met.
11. Contact vendors and suppliers as needed to ensure product delivery/availability.
12. Place orders for items needed to operate effectively.
13. Be familiar with the menu and preparation of menu items.
14. Trains workers in performance of duties.
15. Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations on a day to day basis.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements: Previous restaurant experience is required. Familiar with inventory logs and ordering. Our ideal candidate will be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
