Job description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high performing inside sales team.
- Manage a team of over 10 representatives with the help of the team lead and Sr. Manager.
- Ability to train and motivate sales representatives.
- Use CRM software for reporting and tracking the performance of the team.
- Create sales challenges/ fun competitions, and weekly role plays with the team.
- Use provided sales tools to increase sales efficiency.
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and team achievements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
- Five to seven years of experience or more preferred including a minimum of three years of management responsibility.
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong B2B sales and buying process understanding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates confidence in their ability to learn, work as a team and deliver results.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
- Competitive and highly motivated with a drive to be successful.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. (Salesforce preferred)
- Displays dependability and trust – imperative for customer relationships.
- Easily Coachable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
