Job description
The Assistant Research Scientist leads in the development, conduct and reporting of research related to the Center mission. The Assistant Research Scientist also leads the provision of technical advice and training on multiple issues to diverse audiences. The position serves as lead and point of contact for Center advisory services to the legislature and state agencies on coastal resources issues. The Assistant Research Scientist participates in the strategic planning and management of the Center and Center projects and assumes responsibility for directing project teams and managing project budgets as needed.
Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to): * Participates in developing, conducting and reporting on research projects on coastal resources, including both human and natural systems working independently and/or collaboratively as needed.Job tags
