Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client is a vibrant and fast expanding law practice dedicated to providing exceptional legal

As we expand our legal team, we are looking for a competent litigation associate who specializes in commercial litigation. Client is where passion meets expertise.


Client is looking for an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to help support a successful Litigation business. We are searching for an attorney that is enthusiastic about their clients, coworkers, and their field of work; values a high-achieving culture; and wants to be a part of a growing and vibrant law practice!

Litigation Associates Attorney applicants will possess the expertise and experience required to assist the firm's commercial, real estate, and employment litigation areas. You will work with a Litigation team that represents clients in court lawsuits and other types of adversarial legal procedures such as arbitrations, mediations, and administrative law actions. The position necessitates an attorney who knows what it means to be a well-spoken client advocate and what it takes to present cases before judges, juries, and panels.


GM attorneys are recognized for their solid judgment and decision-making, as well as their exceptional problem-solving abilities, and they are generally dedicated, professional, and well-informed.

The preferred The ideal litigation candidate will have strong writing and analytical abilities, expertise in commercial, real estate, and employment disputes, and a desire to work as part of a cohesive team. They must have worked as part of a litigation team and have trial experience in Colorado state and federal courts, as well as on arbitration panels. Top applicants will have natural leadership abilities and have prior experience preparing briefs and managing the discovery process. Experience taking/defending depositions is advantageous.

Key Results:

Maintain a monthly and yearly minimum of billing hours (utilization).

Receive great feedback and results from clients.


Make a proportionate contribution to overall customer happiness and business revenue/profitability goals.


Meet monthly and yearly effective rate targets.

Required Experience:

4 - 7 years practicing Law with exposure to a wide array of Litigation matters.

Specific experience in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation.

Deposition experience is a plus.

Sufficient experience to be comfortable planning and accomplishing goals with a certain degree of creativity and latitude, while performing a variety of tasks under the general supervision of the Partner or Senior Attorneys.

Knowledge:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado

This position requires familiarity with basic legal principles, practices, and processes to assist a developing firm.


Demonstrates exceptional drawing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.


Team player with a "no task is too small" mentality.


Driven by a vision for the future and a desire to establish one's own practice.

Benefits and Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$135,000 depending on experience.

We have a dynamic bonus program for Associate level attorneys which permits time for business development without sacrificing bonus eligibility after achieving 1,500 billable hours.
