Sr. Director, Product Design, Creative Director Energy

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Product Design, Creative Director Energy for Brand Jordan. As a Creative Director, you will act as an “aspirational visionary” who leads all aspects of story, style, and substance. You wield an offensive strategy to craft products that lead with style and resonate with substance, outpace competitors, and deepen audience connections.

This visionary is strategic and acts as a creative leader who anticipates and visualizes future business opportunities and can translate them into realities.

You will also partner extensively with our Senior Directors, Product Excellence, who act as the guardians of product quality, and who rigorously challenges our designs as a competitor would, and who ensures a safeguard of consistency and distinction in our products, driving us to exceed our own benchmarks.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Duties involve leading an end-to-end (from concept to consumption) creative vision, building cohesive visual centers, and delivering brand narratives.

As part of leading creative teams and collaborating with key creative and business partners, you will adeptly blend creative vision with practical execution, align resources and partnership to push boundaries and secure the brand’s future as a leader in sports product innovation.

Your scope will have high complexity across teams, business, project, etc. requiring high profile communication of creative vision and brand direction to team and collaborators (internal and external).

You will work with consumers and partners in the business to bring together product insights and use these to build compelling creative direction. Our team works with all product partners to ensure product excellence! You will present the culmination of this work to our cross functional partners to enable the full end to end process to come to life. This person will also be responsible for achieving revenue and margin goals and will assess and share results to inform future product.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Chief Design Officer who supervises the creative vision, strategy, and direction for Brand Jordan.
