DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive work orders for jobs from team lead. 

Coordinating with Dispatch to meet job completion times. 

Use a forklift to handle heavy-weight metal coils. 

Changing out machine rollers for different panel profiles. 

Traveling to job sites to run material on-site for customers. 

Maintain and operate the vehicle in accordance with all laws and Reed’s Metals policies and procedures.

Ensure that all loads are delivered safely, accurately, and timely to the correct address without damaging customer/company property. 

Report any accidents or damage immediately to Team Lead or office. 

Collect payment from customer/company site and deliver all payments to front office. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

High School Graduate or General Education Degree 

2 years' experience in fabrication/manufacturing preferred 

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class D) required 

5 years' experience in driving minimum and clear driving record 

Full knowledge of limitations and capacities of vehicle and trailer

Ability to work in degrees of precision and control where damage could be considerable. 

Attention and care are required to prevent injury to others when performing work. 

Ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods of time.

Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
