Onsite Telecom Technician

Job description
This position is onsite for a multi-site customer in Springfield, MO. You must live within daily commuting distance of Springfield.
Job Overview:
- Knowledge of wireless, VOIP, Unified Communication, SIP Trunks, AVST UM8700 voicemail, GNAV, MA4000, QWorx and Call Center Worx is required.
- Basic troubleshooting of headsets, handsets, and all telephone-related parts is required.
- Working knowledge of larger NEC systems, such as the SV9500, or other large OEMs is preferred.
- Although NEC experience is preferred, experience with Avaya or Cisco may be acceptable.
- Technical certification or experience working with PBX and Key Systems is preferred.
- Valcom paging experience is preferred.
- Capable of interfacing with the customer and providing exceptional service.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude, able to demonstrate excellent customer service, have strong verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail and great organizational habit.
