**Marketing Communications Specialist**

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team and contribute to the marketing and communication strategies for our portfolio of hotels. As part of our Commercial Strategy team, you'll play a crucial role in media relations, content creation, social media management, digital campaigns, and performance analysis.

**Primary Purpose:**

As the Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be tasked with expanding our brand story through strategic media planning and execution. You'll lead social strategies and reputation management for individual hotel brands and key business verticals, reporting directly to the Vice President of Commercial Strategy and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Develop plans to enhance our company's presence across online and offline channels.
- Manage media relations, press coverage, copywriting, and website content.
- Oversee all social media channels for our company and hotels.
- Curate a content library for each hotel, including images and rich media.
- Collaborate with hotel stakeholders to design quarterly social media strategies.
- Maintain an engaging and authentic online reputation for each hotel.
- Assist in creative campaigns and conduct audience research.
- Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

- Proficiency in content management and copywriting.
- Experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to capture professional photography.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media management and hospitality campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and trends.

**Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

**Location and Travel:**

- US-based, remote role with occasional travel for meetings and property visits.

**Physical Demands:**

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Navigate local surroundings and premises to secure content.
