Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Salary: $60,000-$110,000
Location: Joplin, MO
Requirements 5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environment. Experience with Manufacturing Controls Desired (PLC, HMI, VFD)

We're working with a well known manufacturer in the to hire a Maintenance Manager for their plant in Joplin, Missouri. They are in the consumer-products/ Pet Food Manufacturing space, have seen strong growth throughout the years and are looking for candidates that have strong industrial maintenance experience

What You Will Be Doing

Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, industrial plant, or other establishment by performing the following duties personally or through others.

What You Need for this Position

QUALIFICATIONS
at least 5 years within Industrial Maintenance
Must have a strong mechanical background.
Ideally has a strong electrical background including but not limited to controls, PLC, HMI, and VFD.
Must has experience with departmental administration, budget initiation, cost control, project management
