Director of Growth Marketing
Salary - $180-$220K
Austin (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Growth Marketing to join a Series B funded FinTech which have raised nearly $200M in funding. This company are a growth platform which use AI to help e-Commerce brands scale.
The ideal candidate will be highly coachable, possess a track record of contributing to scaling businesses, and have demonstrated success both as an individual contributor and as a manager. The Director of Growth Marketing will oversee a team of three individuals and will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, events (online and physical), content marketing, webinars, podcasting, social media management, and brand quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of three growth marketers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and professional growth.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive growth.
- Plan and execute both online and physical events to promote our brand and products/services.
- Create and distribute high-quality content across various channels to attract and engage the target audience.
- Organize and host webinars and podcasts to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Manage social media presence and engage with our audience to build brand loyalty and drive traffic.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience managing a team of marketers and fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
