Job description

The Grille At Blackhawk in Danville, CA is looking for servers to join our team. We are located on 3540 Blackhawk Plaza Circle. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

We are doing a job faire Thursday, September 10th, 2020, Friday, September 11th, 2020, Monday, September 14th, 2020, and Tuesday, September 15th, 2020. Please come by at your convenience from 10 am to 5 pm either day to sit down with our management team for an interview for the following positions; server, bartender, host, busser, cook, and dishwasher. We are opening October 1st and will require one week of training prior to opening.

Responsibilities

• Setting the table
• Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
• Delivering food to tables
• Delivering a great customer experience
• Deep cleaning restaurant
• Bussing tables and keeping areas clean at all times
• Giving high-quality service overall

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to take feedback in a constructive manner
• Experience as a server preferred
• Flexible schedule
