It will allow you to lead and grow your agency in the thriving insurance market of Michigan.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• High volume of outbound calls per day (50-100)
• Daily Quote and Sales goals achieved
• Participate in comprehensive training programs
• Learn essential skills for success in insurance sales
• Engage with clients to understand their needs
• Collaborate with experienced agents for mentorship

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• A Michigan Life and Health Insurance license is required.

• Experience working with insurance or in an insurance agent office is a plus
• Familiarity with any type of insurance plan (automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc.) is a plus
• Enthusiasm for learning and personal development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset
