Position Summary:
Join our team at Seed to Table and thrive as a Cheese Associate, embodying a diverse range of attributes to the success of our Guest, Customer, and Associate experience, including:

- Genuine enthusiasm for gourmet cheese, with a desire to educate and engage customers.
- Communicates proficiently to ensure smooth interactions with customers, colleagues, and management in the cheese department.
- Understanding of cheese types, origins, flavors, and handling procedures.
- Ability to maintain impeccable standards in cheese presentation, ensuring visual appeal and freshness.
- Collaborates effectively with team members, enhancing the synergy of the cheese department.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring timely restocking of cheese displays.
- Previous experience in retail/ customer service/ cheese roles preferred.
- Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must.

- Stamina for Cheese Service: Ability to stand for extended periods, upholding stamina during peak hours.
- Leadership in Customer Engagement: Set service excellence standards, enhancing customer satisfaction through recommendations.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds: Ensure smooth handling of cheese items for restocking and service.
- Attention to Detail: Refine cheese display presentation to the highest standards.
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, associates, and management.
- Manual Dexterity: Skillfully cut and package cheese, ensuring precise presentation of cheeses.
