Job Title: Customer Service (CSR/DSR)

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time

Description of the Position: The role of the CSR/DSR is to insure all customer's are well communicated and informed about service all scheduling managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner identify customer's need and clarify customer's information schedule and coordinate all maintenance & service calls

Any Required Skills?: Previous experience in a call center support role strong phone and verbal communication skills ability to multi-task set priorities and manage time effectively attention to detail ability to type 45 WPM

Education Level: High School/GED
