Customer Service Representative – XO Marriage
Job Type: Full Time Salary

Summary of Position
XO Marriage is searching for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to assist customers through phone-based and email support. Our call center assists customers with placing online orders, sharing product information, tracking shipments, and assisting with returns. To succeed in this role, the candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
● Answer inbound calls promptly and efficiently
● Provide prompt email support through our online help desk
● Provide customers with technical support with various databases, online orders, and downloadable products.
● Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
● Go the extra mile to engage and resolve issues for customers
● Making outbound calls, as needed, to promote XO Marriage and Tipping Point products
● Keep records of customer interactions within customer database
● Provides customer support for XO Marriage and Tipping Point Events
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
General Skills & Qualifications
● Ability to develop a strong knowledge of resources, including digital curriculum
● Proficient written and verbal communication skills
● Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems. Salesforce experience a plus.
● Experience working in a nonprofit setting is preferred but not required.
● Energetic, friendly, and tactful professionalism in communications with a diversity of individuals.
● Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
● Active listener and effective communicator.
● Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
● Ability to maintain a high level of patience and professionalism with customers
● Creative, self-starter with an excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
● Believer of Christ whose morals and values align with the mission and vision of XO Marriage.

● The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
