Temp Technician needs technical background

Temp technician requires:

- Attention to detail, safety conscious
- Technical report writing experience
- Sound knowledge Microsoft Word & Excel, laboratory best practices, laboratory notebook recording
- Fast learner
- Team player
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Data entry skills
- Good communication skills
- Be able to do repetitive movements with hands

Temp technician duties:

- Evaluate, collect and record data.
- Participates in organizing and performing experiments using established procedures while summarizing and reporting results in a laboratory notebook.
- Uses a computer to enter data/information including charts and tables for communication of project results/details.
- Operate laboratory equipment and measuring devices.
- With guidance, expected to learn safety and quality protocols.
- Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data.
- Required to work with toxic chemicals while following safe laboratory practices/protocols.
- Stand while working in the laboratory throughout most of the day.
Employment Type: Contractor
Salary: $ 17.00 Per Hour
