Your Role and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: You will oversee the facility's array of services, departments, and functions, ensuring efficient and effective operation in line with our goals and values. Your role involves critical evaluation of our performance against established objectives and budgets, and the initiation of corrective measures to address any disparities. Visionary Planning: Your foresight and innovative thinking will be key in identifying and implementing new strategies that align with our mission, enhancing our services to meet the evolving needs of our community. Operational Excellence: Ensuring our facility is optimally staffed and that our programs meet the highest standards is paramount. You'll ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols, overseeing the development of policies and procedures to maintain excellence in patient care. Fiscal and Facility Management: You will be instrumental in developing annual operating budgets and managing the physical infrastructure of our hospital to ensure a safe and conducive environment for both patients and staff. Team Leadership and Development: Guiding the performance and improvement activities across departments, you will foster a culture of excellence and integrity, upholding our commitment to quality care. Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, or related field preferred. Experience: At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in an Acute Care or Psychiatric setting. Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments.
