Job description

Position Overview:

We are excited to welcome a dynamic Marketing Manager to our team at a leading family formation consulting agency. In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy a blend of remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration twice a week. We're seeking a creative individual who can strategize, innovate, and execute marketing initiatives across various platforms. The Marketing Manager will work closely with our Content Creator and Graphic Designer to drive our marketing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and marketing plans in collaboration with our Intake staff, senior leadership, Content Creators, and Graphic Designer.
Enhance the customer journey through strategic audience segmentation, marketing automation, and personalized communications.
Craft and manage communication strategies, including monthly newsletters.
Analyze the ROI of social media campaigns across different platforms.
Coordinate and execute traditional marketing endeavors, such as print materials, events, and public relations.
Stay abreast of market trends to inform our marketing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and delivering measurable ROI.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.

Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including content management, social media, SEO, and analytics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong creative thinking and innovation abilities.
Exceptional project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in healthcare, fertility, or related industries is advantageous.
