Responsibilities - Meet new business production/Sales goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with similar business structures
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements Must Be Willing To Obtain Property and Casualty License and Life License.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
