Job Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; occasional Saturdays

About the role:

The Automotive Customer Service Re presentative is responsible for performing all phases of customer service including assisting and responding to customers on the phone. This team member must have the ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multitask. Above all, qualified candidates should possess exceptional internal and external customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Track and chart delivery to customers

Schedule daily shipments/stock

Print shippers and sending ASNs

React to customer's need via phone, email, or written in a timely manner

Resolve cumulative discrepancies

Chart errors and find root cause

Print manual and EDI shippers

Forecasting

Support off-hours issues as needed

Run schedule for stock pullers to pull freight

Provide bills for dock personnel to load trucks

Essential skills required for success at MNP :

Additional skills and/or experience required for success in the role:

Prefer prior experience working for an automotive supplier

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Must possess excellent computer skills

Must possess excellent math skills

Must possess excellent communication skills

Must possess excellent writing skills

Must be able to work in a team environment

Must be attentive to details - detail oriented; accuracy a must

Must be able to handle constant change

Must manage time well and prioritized tasks
