Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data and business processes, especially as they relate to legacy systems
- Understanding of legacy systems, including their architecture, functionalities, limitations < and challenges associated with them
- Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, business requirements and transforming them into detailed technical requirements
- Ability to map out current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows that align with the transformation goals
- Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile
- Understanding modern technology solutions and architectures, enabling the analyst to propose viable technical solutions
- Skills in managing organizational change, including preparing, supporting, and helping individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for creating clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in similar transformation projects, showing an understanding of the challenges and best practices in transitioning from legacy systems
- Deep understanding of the specific industry (Contact center) in which the transformation is taking place, including industry trends, challenges and compliance requirements
- Understanding of UX design principles to ensure the new systems are user friendly and meet the needs of end users
- Ability to think strategically and align project goals with broader strategic transformation objectives
- Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex problems during the transformation
Roles and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly analyze and understand the existing legacy systems to determine workflow functionalities, processes, and limitations that need to be addressed in Salesforce
- Gather and analyze business/product requirements from stakeholders. This involves interviews, workshops, and discussions to understand the needs and expectations for the transformation
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the new system, ensuring they are feasible and align with the overall project goals
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the technical solutions being developed meet business needs and are aligned with the transformation objectives
- Lead change management efforts, helping the organization and its employees transition to the new system. This includes communication, training, and support initiatives
- Mange stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and regular updates regarding project progress, challenges, and changes
- Create comprehensive documentation for the project, including business requirements, technical specifications, process maps, and user guides
