What you’ll do?
In this self driven, hands on role, you will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systems. This role requires a higher level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities:
Advanced Systems Maintenance:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC systems, industrial furnaces, and combustion systems.
Electrical Systems and Automation:
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including replacement or repair of motors, servo motors, VFDs, and basic PLC tasks.
- Assist in the installation and programming of PLC systems.
Mechanical Repairs:
- Replace and repair advanced mechanical components, including gearboxes, belt drives, sensors, and industrial welders.
- Perform complex welding tasks (Stick, MIG, Oxy Torch) for repairs and fabrication.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor Maintenance Technician personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanics, electrical systems, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in advanced welding techniques (Stick, MIG, Oxy Torch).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
