Seeking a Gastroenterologist in Brooklyn, New York – Open to New Graduates and Experienced Professionals

We're currently recruiting for a Gastroenterologist for our client with a Private Practice in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

The Gastroenterologist will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, treating, and managing digestive system disorders. Responsibilities include thoroughly reviewing patient health histories, conducting medical examinations, and performing necessary tests to assess the condition of the patient's digestive tract. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, encompassing medication recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments, and conducting essential endoscopic procedures as required.

Candidate Qualifications

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
* Active licensure to practice medicine in the state of New York
* Board certification or eligibility for certification in Gastroenterology
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical terms and procedures effectively to patients
* Proficiency in working collaboratively within a team environment, engaging with fellow physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals
* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Expertise in all relevant gastrointestinal procedures and familiarity with related equipment
* A commitment to ongoing education, staying abreast of the latest medical advancements
* Dedication to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
