Job description
InDepth is seeking a highly talented Software Engineer. The ideal candidate must have programming experience with C/C or any other language that is comparable; have a solid understanding of programming paradigms (e.g. functional objectoriented); and understand software engineering best practices.
Additional experience in one or more of the following is a nice to have. Solving quantitative problems; a strong knowledge of algorithms and computational complexity; and experience working with large data sets such as those produced by finite element and/or computational fluid dynamics codes. Experience with realtime game engines such as Unity or Unreal. Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
A successful candidate must be able to work think and innovate independently in a fastpaced work environment with challenging time constraints. The ability to multitask and work on projects that require varying skillsets simultaneously is a must.
Candidate Requirements BS MS or PhD in Computer Science or Related Quantitative Science Field such as Astronomy Physics Applied Mathematics Biomechanics Computational Biology or Chemistry. US Citizen Strong math skills including linear algebra and multivariate calculus. Must enjoy tackling complex research problems and novel software solutions. Interest in solving highly technical and challenging science and engineering problems. Experience with C or C FORTRAN and LINUX OS.
