Job description

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk with Dental Assisting Experiance for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We Are

We are a small dental start up focused on children and young adults. We see less than 8 patients a day. The office is fully digital and paperless. We have digital interoral sensors, Nomad II Pro and Dexis pano. We utilize Open Dental as our main practice management software. We use Dental Intels Engagment platform for patient communication and consents.

Who We're Looking For

• Certified dental assiatant that can take radiographs on childrens and adults
• Manage sterilization and organizational tasks
• Chair side assist with hygiene or treatments
• Experiance with Open Dental software
• Able to schedule patients, verify insurance, submit claims, and collect payments
• Present treatment plans and explain procedures and post-op instructions
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate well
• Trainable and open to learning
• Reliable and trustworthy
