Job description
Sentinel is looking for an network onboarding analyst to join the team . As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary responsibility is facilitating our customer’s technical transition to Sentinel’s award winning support services smoothly and without interruption. This is a full-time role and can work remote with occasional support onsite at our Livonia, MI location.
We focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
