- Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales.
- Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance.
- Research and develop new menus.
- Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant or catering environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment.
- No degree required.
