Why you should work with Wayside: Wayside Women's Treatment Center provides residential substance use disorder and mental health treatment services for women who face the greatest challenges of achieving long-term sobriety. Residential treatment includes addressing substance use and mental health disorders and wraparound services including housing, health, employment, and parenting.
What you will do: - Effectively manage a case load of women with co-occurring disorders.
- Provide direct services to clients including interviewing clients, assessments, treatment/aftercare planning, individual and group counseling, and monitoring/evaluating client progress.
- Facilitate counseling and didactic groups, educations groups, conduct family meetings when possible.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records, including but not limited to, documenting client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, continuing care plans, and discharge summaries.
- Train and/or supervise interns as needed.
- Participate in on-site clinical supervision (a minimum of twice weekly)

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year.
Schedule: - Monday-Friday,
- 8:00AM-4:00PM -40 hours per week, day-time hours.
- Ability to be a part of the on-call rotation (stipend provided)
Sound like a good fit? A few requirements include: - LADC with licensure in good standing or dually licensed with mental health licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT/LAMFT, LGSW/LICSW, LPC/LPCC)
- Must be able to maintain client confidentiality in accordance with state and federal guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
- Must be able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
- Free of problematic substance-use for at least 2 years proceeding employment.
- Ability to work effectively with women of diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with mental health and trauma informed care.
- 3-5 years of clinic experience
