Job description

We are currently in search of a Director of Residences, offering a thrilling opportunity to join the esteemed team in Nashville! The Director of Residences will oversee property management, financial operations, asset management, HOA management, residential services, lifestyle offerings, and personnel supervision. This role involves advocating for homeowners and their governing bodies, while also ensuring the seamless management of luxury private residences. Collaborating closely with hotel operations, the Director of Residences will strive to uphold an exceptional residential experience throughout the property. The ideal candidate for this position exhibits strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical abilities, capable of adapting to evolving operational demands. They should demonstrate a solid work ethic, possess sound business acumen, and harbor a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Prior experience in a mixed-use residential hotel is desirable. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is an integral part of the Planning Committee, the hotel's leadership team.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Possession of a professional property management certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in roles related to property management, residential operations, and/or hotel management.
• This position entails some travel.
• MUSt be authorized to work in the United States. No work permit is provided.
