Job Title: Sr. Project Manager - Wastewater & Water Treatment
Level: Experienced (Senior)
Location: Multiple Locations - Westfield, IN - New Albany, IN - Indianapolis, IN and Louisville, KY
Hours: Full-Time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Model: On-Site
Base Salary Range: 10-15+ years could range from $110,000-$140,000 based on experience level.

What You Will Be Doing
- Understand cost-to complete projections to prioritize actions and decisions.
- Understand pricing models and billing procedures.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Accurately forecast and analyze project profitability, margins, and resource use.
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
- Provide direct, onsite management of day-to-day operational project aspects and champions project scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively apply the Thieneman methodology and reinforce project standards.
- Prepare data for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize TCI exposure and risk on a project through proactive planning and delivery of priority project tasks.
- Manage others to ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manage project budget.
- Manage timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for project.
- Accurately forecast and analyze revenue and bill rates.
- Assure project legal documents are completed and authorized.
- Understand business development and add-on sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
What You Need for this Position
- 10-15 years of field construction project management experience
- Water/Wastewater/Water Treatment construction experience, or
- Experience in excavation, concrete, underground and exposed piping.
- Skilled at ensuring Safety is the top priority on every job.
- Mechanically minded problem solver with excellent math aptitude.
- Active Driver's License
- Ability to train and mentor others on the team
- Ability to travel to various jobsites
- Thorough knowledge of construction techniques
- A conscientious attitude toward controlling job costs and adhering to progress schedules
- Ability to communicate the plan and sequence of activities to all subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the Engineer-of-Record, onsite inspector, and our employees
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire work shift of 8, 10 or longer hours
- Ability to safely walk and stand on uneven surfaces during all types of weather conditions, as needed.
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
