Description:

The Director of Electrical is responsible for managing the project managers, estimators, and craftsmen within the Electrical Division. The expectation is that this individual will help to strengthen existing relationships as well as pursue new opportunities to foster financial growth for the Division.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience working in operations/management in the Industrial Electrical industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience of upper management experience.
• Capable of managing multiple project managers and estimators.
• Capable of understanding P&L’s and managing the financials for the electrical division.
• Capable of reviewing electrical estimates for accuracy and quality.
• Good customer relations skills.
• Capable of assisting customers with project-related issues.
• Ensure safe work practices are upheld by Project Managers and Field Personnel.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld by Project Managers and Field Personnel.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Spartanburg, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
