Job description

We are looking for a Contract Receptionist to support our offices in Fremont. Contract length will be approximately 1 year. Roles & Responsibilities: Greeting and checking in senior executives and high level visitors and vendors. Ability to manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings. Perform general administrative duties. Order refreshments for meetings (lunch/dinner) including picking up and delivering orders. Develop and edit correspondence Exercise complete discretion and confidentiality at all times. Work on special projects as assigned by management. Keep track of office supplies and inventory and order items when necessary to maintain stock. Qualifications: Must be able to respond appropriately and professionally to a variety of situations, including dealing with conflicting priorities and the handling of confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook is essential Strong organizational skills, especially in creation and maintenance of departmental filing systems Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with accurate results. Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) for effective interaction with all levels of staff division, company and external business partners. Must possess a valid California Driver’s license and have personal and reliable transportation available. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work well with others. You have the ability to work independently 2-3 years experience
