Job description
Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is a professional medical organization committed to the healing mission of Medicine. CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 40 locations throughout the Philadelphia area.
We are currently hiring for a full time Site Supervisor to work at our West Chester, PA location. Please note, in addition to our West Chester office, traveling will be required to go to our Downingtown, Kennett Square and West Grove offices as well.
Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign on bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Deposits
- Reconcile daily copay report
- Prepare weekly deposits for Penn
- Prepare monthly deposit for CCP
- Petty Cash
- Reconcile Petty Cash
- Prepare Petty Cash spreadsheet, monthly
- Scheduling
- Open and close schedules for physicians, echos, vascular, according to availability
- Reschedule patients as needed
- Send out missed visit letters
- Patient care
- Verify eligibility
- Collect and load referrals
- Precertify all testing procedures
- Billing
- Enter all testing, office visit, and EKG charges
- Prepare face sheets for all hospital rounds and hospital echos - send downtown
- Track patient census for hospital billing reconciliation
- Serve as a first line contact for patients with billing questions
- Office Procedures
- Notify Answering Service of all downtime
- Submit weekly/monthly rounding/on call schedules to appropriate personnel
- Prepare all storage items
- Supplies
- Maintain appropriate stock of supplies
- Admin Holds/In Porcess- works on weekly reports
- Staffing
- Arrange with Office Manager for all staffing needs
- Quality and Compliance
- Under the direction of the Office Manager, implement and apply all workflows are developed
- Human Resources
- Assist the Office Manager in the recruitment processing including hiring
- All other duties as assigned
- In addition, maintaining all duties of a Patient Care Representative II.
Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years experience in a medical office setting
- Must have knowledge of different insurances
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Experience with an EMR system
- Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing

In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
