Job description

Full-time outpatient physical therapist to join a private Physical Therapy practice. Outpatient Physical Therapist Responsibilities
• Patient volume is around 12 per day
• Develop patient care plan with referring physicians
• Perform initial and follow-up patient assessments
• Document patient progress and alter care plan as necessary
• M-F schedule
• Work location may require you to travel to second office.

Outpatient Physical Therapist Requirements
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapy license
• Ability to learn and get up to speed quickly
• Great patient


Outpatient Physical Therapist Compensation
• Competitive salary $90K - $110K DOE
• Bonus structure
