The Role

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and its offerings to our valued merchants and broker partners. Your expertise will breathe life into our marketing strategies through a blend of traditional and digital channels such as direct mail, email marketing, SEO, and PPC. This position offers the unique opportunity to be the marketing linchpin within our organization, requiring a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and robust management skills. Collaborating closely with external marketing partners and our VP of Revenue, you will also have the privilege of reporting directly to the CEO, ensuring your efforts are integral to the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the generation of marketing qualified leads to support sales objectives.
Craft and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
Drive initiatives to enhance SEO visibility and brand presence online.
Manage the social media strategy from conception to implementation.
Elevate brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Develop engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials.

Qualifications

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years' experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Act-On, Eloqua preferred).
Proven ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
Proficient in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred:

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in the fintech or finance industry, with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
