Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to join their Power Networks team and play a pivotal role in designing substation facilities up to 765 kV. As a Substation Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of: Substation Physical Design: Lead the engineering and analysis for new switchyards, substations, and facility upgrades. Specification Preparation: Craft detailed specifications and provide essential procurement support. Engineering Drawings: Develop comprehensive engineering drawings encompassing layout, equipment arrangements, and system details. Electrical Power System Studies: Conduct in-depth studies including load flow, short circuit, protection, and coordination. Project Management: Provide technical direction, supervise engineers, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
