Job description

Jewel of the South is looking to expand their Culinary Team under the direction of Chef Phil Whitmarsh. The ideal candidate is focused, creative, and loves food. Need 2+ years fine dining experience.

• Caviar Service
• Black Pudding, Prune Jollop, Pickled Shallot, Daikon Radish
• Foie Gras Parfait, Earl Grey, Pain d’Epice
• Trotter Croquettes with Beer Mustard and Wally
• Bone Marrow Mousse, Smoked Trout Roe, “Mimosa,” Crunch
• Pig Head

Menu is ever changing and always unique to the New Orleans culinary scene.

This position is full time. References will be required.
