Vice President Operations – Dedicated Delivery

This role can be located anywhere within the United States, with preference in Westerville, OH

7+ years Transportation experience is required.

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President Operations – Dedicated Delivery to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving commercial results and operational excellence across our organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers, develop regional strategies, and lead a team of associates to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description

• Set the vision, strategy, and agenda for the business as part of the executive leadership group.
• Develop a regional strategy for customer accounts within your geography.
• Provide a safe, productive, and results-driven environment for your teams through effective management and leadership.
• Navigate an ever-changing marketplace with multiple priorities and diverse stakeholders.
• Take ownership of negotiations, contract adherence, and business execution.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
• 10+ years management experience, required.
• 7+ years distribution experience, required.
• 7+ years transportation experience, required.
• Third-party Logistics experience, preferred.
