In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations and maximizing visibility for both cargo and passenger movements. Duties and Responsibilities:

You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing cargo/passenger screening and manifesting applications, supporting Air Mobility Command (AMC) Aerial Ports and various USAF operational scenarios/locations.
Applying your expertise in USAF Transportation and global mobility, you'll tackle challenges and provide solutions to ensure seamless air manifesting, workload reporting, and record-keeping.
Your knack for process improvement will shine as you streamline data collection, analysis, reconciliation, and record-keeping processes for Air Terminal Records and Reporting functions worldwide.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum four (4) years of experience in Air Transportation (2T2/605) or DoD Logistics Passenger/Cargo movement operations.
Proficiency in using the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) is a must.
Familiarity with In-Transit Visibility (ITV) systems supporting global AMC operations.
Experience with both automated and manual cargo/passenger manifesting requirements.
Knowledge of Passenger Service Operations including passenger screening, manifesting, and Customer Identification Codes (CIC).
Familiarity with Over/Short Shipment Reports, Monthly Station Traffic Handling Reports, and GATES cargo/passenger queries.
Desired Skills:

Exposure to various applications such as Integrated Development Environment GTN Conveyance (IGC), Electronic Advance Passenger Information System (eAPIS), eSecure Flight Transportation Management System (TMS), and more.
Education:

Associate's Degree OR equivalent experience (minimum of 6 years if no degree).
Security/Certification:

Secret Clearance required.
