Job description

JOB SUMMARY

This position provides assessment and initial treatment plan,

Oversight of treatment process, assessment for medication needs, medication monitoring and provides an evaluation of clients for medical and emotional/behavioral problems as needed for patients in the the Plaza and New Day Residential and School-Based programs,

Qualifications:

Graduation from an approved Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner Program,

Current NJ licensure and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse and experience with the Child/Adolescent population,
