POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Director of Marketing with technical background and ATMPs CDMO experience to lead and manage and execute marketing and sales support strategy and activities in the north America to achieve company goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tactical marketing
  • Oversee and implement the ongoing optimization to improve the performance the company website including relaunch and optimization of websites;
  • Manage website page SEO optimization;
  • Lead and implement marketing communications and email campaigns;
  • Oversee and implement strong company presence in scientific conferences and tradeshows;
  • Oversee and implement the design and preparation of materials supporting BD and sales team including powerpoint slides; brochures and web pages;
  • Manage and launch the webinar training series for customers;

 

• Strategic marketing
  • Prepare new product launch materials including web page content and brochures;
  • Manage the training of new products for sales and BD teams;

 

• Marketing analytics and sales tracking
  • Prepare website analytics reports for ongoing monitoring and performance benchmark.
  • Prepare digital marketing reports from email marketing and social media and google advertisement for tracking marketing performance and lead conversion
  • Prepare CRM tracking for pipeline monitoring and account/lead upkeep and updates.
• Team training and coordination
  • Coordinate with Directors of Marketing in other regions to achieve alignment and synergy;
  • Recruit and retain and train marketing team members in the North America.

 

• Other activities
• Assist with organizing sales and marketing related projects including tradeshows and
• Assist with other activities as needed.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• M.S. degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field required. Ph.D a plus;
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Strong background in ATMPs CDMO business;
• Well organized, able to manage multiple projects at a time
• Adaptability, flexibility, resilience and independent working skills
• Team player
