The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for obtaining ROE (right of entry) agreements which meet or exceed company targets and objectives. The Business Development Manager's objectives include obtaining Right of Entry Agreements, Access Agreements or Easements with building owners/landlords by fostering business relationships with developers and property managers throughout the Astound Commercial markets in the Greater Seattle market. The Business Development Manager will negotiate building access agreements with these customers to formalize the relationship with Astound, ensure favorable terms are established for Astound and deliver top quality customer service to partners. They will also work and coordinate with the direct sales team so the proper targeted buildings are secured, prioritized and handed off successfully to Sales for revenue generation.

The base salary range in the state of Washington for this position is $75,000- $85,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to WA and may not be applicable to other locations.
