JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager – Planning & Infrastructure, leads Precinct 4’s strategic planning and infrastructure development portfolio. The incumbent will lead the precinct’s efforts to promote sustainable development informed by an equity lens.

 

The PM will serve as the point of contact for external and internal inquiries on major infrastructure and development projects in Precinct 4. The PM will help in developing, driving, and monitoring the Precinct’s Master Development Plan; coordinate grant opportunities on behalf of Precinct 4 with appropriate County departments and external stakeholders; and assist residents in addressing infrastructure needs. The PM will serve as the office’s lead on livable centers, place making, and environmental design to ensure the development of environments that foster community and a promote wellbeing.

 

The PM will participate in planning of programs, policies or objectives for own work group and department.

 

SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience
