Job Development Specialist
$25.50 per hour
We are looking for an outgoing and committed job developer who is experienced in making connections and uncovering needs in order to find employment opportunities for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.

A Day in the Life of the Job Development Specialist
Our job developers work in tandem with our individuals and their team to find the right opportunity for them. They work with local businesses in the area to find the right job for the right person and strongly believe that all the individuals we serve are employable. Our job developers also spend time getting to know our individuals and their interests, strengths and goals to develop a plan for employment
This person will use various methods including, but not limited to cold calling, site visits, referrals and their own networking in the community to uncover jobs and opportunities for any individual we serve who has expressed interest in having a job.

Qualifications for the Job:
Schedule :
Full Time -35 hours/week; Monday - Friday. (one-half hour unpaid lunch.)
