Our organization is currently seeking a new team member to join our Human Assets Department in Learning and Development. The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor and appearance. They should also have the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. This position primarily involves tasks such as maintaining files, reviewing process instructions, implementing training modules through email and/or tablets, and developing interdepartmental relationships. The selected candidate will also be responsible for providing support to other departments as required.
Responsibilities:
The individual must be able to perform the following effectively:
- Take initiative in your job and daily tasks
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude

- Provide admin support
- Update and maintain training files
- Keep confidential documents organized
- Conduct onboarding of new hires
- Review process instructions and convert data into a training module
- Provide support in maintaining Scott University in SharePoint
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of documents
Qualifications:
- Computer literacy required
- Knowledge of company operations, workflows, and process integration preferred
- Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms such as Forms, SharePoint and/or other LMS platforms preferred
- Attention to detail required
- Expert in task management
- Experience making tough decisions
- Organizational skills
- Higher education preferred
